Tracey herself experienced the foster care system and adoption, and in her mind, she never saw herself going into mission or for that matter to Haiti caring for those desperate for love. While part of a mission trip planning to a Haitian orphanage, she witnessed God’s miraculously removing all barriers and giving her a Heart for Haiti.
